The opportunity
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be on the front lines of our growth efforts. Your mission: to uncover new opportunities, qualify leads, and set the stage for successful partnerships. You’ll play a critical role in driving our outbound sales motion, engaging potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social outreach, while also nurturing marketing-qualified leads.

What You’ll Do:
Outbound Sales Outreach (60-70%):
- Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce [Your Company Name] and spark interest.
- Research target accounts to craft personalized, value-driven messaging.
- Strategically engage decision-makers and influencers in the marketing and advertising space.
Lead Qualification (30-40%):
- Connect with and qualify marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to determine fit and readiness.
- Identify pain points, needs, and opportunities for alignment with our services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.
What good looks like
- Someone who is process-oriented.
- A natural communicator who’s confident, curious, and persuasive.
- Experience with outbound sales tactics—cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt your approach to different industries and client types.
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals.
- Bonus points if you’re familiar with CRM tools (like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong.) and have worked in marketing or sales.
